This is needed due to ongoing failures during soldering. IEC 384 may provide a guideline for developing this standard. 5.2 NACC has requested EIA to research and report on why multiple approvals(NEMKO,DEMKO,SEMKO,SEV,VDE) to the same EN/IEC standard are still required.
