Committee
Scope: Products within the jurisdiction of the committee include the
optical and optoelectronic characteristics of devices intended for the
display of electronically encoded information, both digital and analog.
Functions assigned to the JT-31 Committee include:
- improvement and
standardization of measurement techniques and instrumentation for the
establishment of standards and registration criteria;
- development of
industry photometric standards;
- dealing with industry
problems relating to the fields mentioned above.
