Event Sponsorships
You are invited to be an event sponsor at IRSTC 2007, Albuquerque Hotel at Old Town, Albuquerque, NM, March 26-29, 2007. As a sponsor you can be assured of recognition by highly qualified attendees from the North American relay and switch industry.

Each of these opportunities ensures that your customers and prospective customers are familiar with your products or services and booth location (if applicable) prior to the conference. All sponsors receive recognition in event programs and promotional signage at the sponsored events and conference.
Conference Attendee Tote Bag: $2,000 …… The bags are great visibility items which people use over and over again. These will be given to each paid conference attendee for carrying their proceedings, etc. The IRSTC logo will appear on the bag with your company name/logo.
Badge Lanyard: $750 …...Lanyards for holding badges are printed with the sponsor’s name and given to every conference attendee.
Continental Breakfasts : $1,000 ….. Opening of IRSTC each morning. Sponsorship includes signage identifying your company as the sponsor and listing in the onsite program.
Tuesday Evening Reception: $2,000 ….. Open to all attendees in the Exhibit Halls. The reception is always a great success and highly attended. The sponsorship includes signage identifying your company as the sponsor and isting in the onsite program.
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday Luncheon Stations: $1,500 each ….. Again, open to all attendees in the Exhibit Halls and always well attended. The sponsorship includes signage identifying your company as the sponsor and listing in the onsite program.
Refreshment Breaks: $350 ….. Provide coffee/soft drinks to attendees. Two Breaks are served daily. The sponsorship includes signage identifying your company as a sponsor and listing in the onsite
Proceedings Ad (Full Page/color): $1,200…CARTS USA proceedings includes the complete list of papers presented at the conference. With over 40 papers and a distribution in the thousands, this is a great return on your investment!
Proceedings Ad (Full Page/BW): $800…At a discounted price from a full page color ad, this is still a great way to advertise to thousands of people. The CARTS USA Proceedings, on average, includes over 40 papers.
Onsite Guide Ad (Full Page/BW): $750…Take this opportunity to advertise in our onsite program reaching not only CARTS USA attendees but also IRSTC attendees as well.
